Jamie I want you to know we are all thinking of you. I had the great pleasure of knowing John for many years. He was an incredible man, accomplished at so many things, it just seems surreal that this tragedy could happen to him. Please let me know if you can think of anything I can do for you. Incidentally, one of my favorite things to do on my many trips to Louisville was to go in John's office ,talk to John about your latest adventures and listen to the waterfall.
